I believe that counseling is a journey that allows you, often for the first time, to be fully seen. It is through this safe relationship that you can reveal your entire self, including the parts of you that hold the most shame. You can take the brave dive into the deep, painful parts of yourself and begin to gain compassion for your humanness. In our work together you will learn the art of self-compassion and how it can be an invaluable tool to help heal wounds and ignite positive change. While I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions based on individual client need, the heart of my work is a person-centered approach in which we navigate, together, the parts of yourself you desire to heal or change.
