As an interventional cardiologist specializing in wound care and venous disorders, including varicose veins, I have been fortunate to develop expertise to help patients with leg pain, leg swelling, recurrent blood clots, and leg ulcers. I approach each patient individually and utilize a holistic, systemic, functional medicine approach along with the most minimally invasive modern vein care when appropriate. Venous insufficiency involves a broad spectrum of presentations. Some patients have asymptomatic varicose veins, but many have symptoms that negatively impact quality of life. I listen. I care.
I am passionate about clean eating and healthy lifestyles. I enjoy hiking, road cycling, reading, writing poetry, and playing the piano.
