As a Family Nurse Practitioner, my philosophy of care is grounded in a patient-centered approach that values the uniqueness of each individual. I believe that effective healthcare is built on trust, compassion, and collaboration, where the patient’s voice is heard and respected throughout the healing process.

My role is also to educate and empower individuals and families in making informed decisions about their health.
I embrace the idea that healthcare goes beyond just the physical symptoms and encompasses emotional, social, and environmental factors that influence a person’s well-being. I believe that patient care should be individualized, recognizing the diverse needs, values, and preferences of each person.

On a personal note, Hannah lives an active lifestyle. She enjoys mountain biking, hiking, running and skiing with her family and now 11 year old active dog, Summit. Hannah is also a certified yoga instructor. Her daily yoga and meditation practice help her relieve stress and find balance. For her first 3 years of practice as a nurse practitioner, Hannah worked at a Migrant health care Clinic in North Carolina. Hannah is fluent in Spanish.
