With two Social Work degrees, I’ve adopted my practice philosophy to reflect Social Work’s Core Values & Ethics. It’s a privilege to sit with patients and their families to help support them on what might be one of their most difficult or dark days. I strongly believe in the “person in their environment” approach, and find it important to help patients build a strong support system. I also practice from the standpoint that the patient is the expert on their own life, and I am here to help guide you to meet your goals. Finally, I want to make sure you’re provided with the best care possible and I am committed to providing psychoeducation, resources, and referrals, if needed.

My pronouns are she/her/hers. I was born and raised in Colorado, and grew up in the Littleton area. In my free time I enjoy playing with my dogs (Ace and Max), enjoying the Colorado outdoors, cooking, yoga, and scuba diving! I am also a diehard Broncos and CSU Rams Fan!
