Clinically I enjoy working with all ages from cradle to grave. I chose to focus on Family medicine because I believe that social and family dynamics play a significant role in each individual’s health. I look at my role in patients’ health as a guide. We work to make healthful decisions together. I am honored that patients entrust me with something as important as their health. I enjoy a balance of preventive health, acute/sick care, procedures and chronic medical condition management.
I grew up in Kansas and yes, I am a proud Jayhawk! Rock-Chalk!! My family moved to Colorado for residency at the Fort Collins Family Medicine Residency program in 2006. In my free time, I love spending time with my amazing husband and 4 kids. We enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, gardening and skiing.
