My philosophy of mental health care is concerned with overall physical, mental, and spiritual health. There exists a wide variety of circumstances, socially and individually, that can prohibit or inhibit the functioning of life. My mental health counseling is designed to contribute to the vitality and vigor of the individual as a guide rather than dictator. Soundness in body, mind, spiritual and community connection maintains well-being uniquely in each individual. Health is considered integrated care of all these factors.
