I love family medicine because of the relationships I get to build with my patients everyday. I feel strongly that medicine should be a collaborative endeavor between patients and their doctors. I genuinely enjoy hearing my patient’s stories and understand that much of what influences our health happens outside of the clinic room. My goal is to listen thoroughly to my patients and use shared decision making to find creative solutions together. When it comes to treatment, I think it’s important to be able to use every tool in our toolbelt to optimize our health, most importantly emphasizing healthy diet and exercise habits.

Beyond patient care, I enjoy hiking, camping, cycling and bikepacking.
