As a Northern Colorado native, I’m grateful for the opportunity to care for the community that has always been home. I chose family medicine because I value building lasting relationships with patients and caring for individuals and families through every stage of life. I believe preventive medicine and continuity of care are key to achieving long-term health, and I strive to create a space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their healthcare.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our pets, often watching and supporting our Colorado sports teams. I love to stay active walking my dog, playing various sports and taking ballet classes.
