I am passionate about treating each patient as a person, not just as a diagnosis. I want to develop a trusting relationship with patients so that there is opportunity for education and advocacy. In my practice, I strive to ensure that all recommendations given are evidence based.
When not at work, I can be found spending time with my husband, our rescue due Bean or adventuring with friends. I have a passion for nutrition and staying active through hiking, biking and weight lifting.

My passion lies in preventative medicine, aiming to prevent medical concerns rather than needing to treat them. This stresses the importance of a yearly physical, a healthy diet and monitoring of routine lab work.
I am also interested in women's health and prescribe many forms of contraception as well as administer Nexplanon devices.
I am skilled in management of many chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, anxiety, depression, ADHD, musculoskeletal pain and more.
