My philosophy of care is centered on compassion, respect and individualized attention. I believe in treating each person with dignity, recognizing their unique needs, experiences and preferences. Care should be holistic, addressing not only physical health but also emotional, mental and social well-being. I strive to create a supportive, empowering environment where individuals feel heard, valued and involved in their care decisions. Ultimately, my goal is to foster trust, promote independence, and improve quality of life through a collaborative and person-centered approach.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me exploring the outdoors, golfing or spending time with family and friends. I love learning new skills and hobbies, and I find it important to maintain a well-rounded lifestyle that keeps me energized and inspired.
