My philosophy of patient care is rooted in the principle that every patient is a unique individual, and medicine isn’t always a “one size fits all.” Every patient deserves to be listened to and feel heard. I value the communication my patients and I have and the shared decision-making that results from that time. The relationship between a primary care provider and patient should be rooted in trust and empathy. My goal is to help patients optimize their health so they can feel better and lead happier lives.

I am a Colorado native – raised in Evergreen, CO. I went to CU Boulder for my undergraduate education, earning a bachelors in Integrative Physiology. For PA school I moved to Southwestern Virgina, attending Emory & Henry College for my Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree.

When not working, I enjoy classic Colorado activities, including telemark skiing, mountain biking, fishing, hiking with my dogs and camping. I love Steamboat and feel honored to serve the community as a primary care PA.
