Primary care allows for the development of unique, long lasting relationships built on trust, with the ability to make a difference in people’s lives. I pursued a career in internal medicine as a primary care provider in hopes that I could provide evidence based compassionate care with a focus on the patient. I appreciate, respect and am honored to have the opportunity to care for my patients and assist in their health care. My areas of clinical interest include chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease) as well as disease prevention. I practice from a patient-centered approach and focus on shared decision making. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing and teaching tennis, learning golf, snowboarding and cooking.
