In my approach to primary care, my goal is to help patients feel in control of their health. It’s important to have open conversations and share knowledge so that everyone can make decisions together. My role is to support patients and help them understand their options. Together, we can create a plan that puts patients in charge of their health, with guidance and support at every step!

In my time off, I love getting outside with my spouse and child for biking, hiking, camping, and fishing. Our family are big hockey and college football fans (Go Avs!). I’m originally from New Mexico so I always try to find the best green chile in town. I also love looking for fun, local coffee shops to try out (recommendations are very welcome). I joined the Colorado Air National Guard in medical school and still proudly serve.
