UCHealth Memorial continues to update and revise its policies and procedures to ensure reflection of current practices.

For inquiries regarding clinical rotations at our facility, please first speak with a coordinator from your school. All requests are processed and approved through My Clinical Exchange to comply with medical regulations and to ensure fair and equitable placement.

Though we cannot guarantee availability at any time, due to the high demand for placements at our facility we recommend clinical requests be initiated by a school coordinator at least 8 weeks advance to desired start date. Please note that we currently do not work with Refresher Course students.

Our programs are designed to provide an optimal learning experience and socialize students to the work environment. UCHealth Memorial has 3 available locations in Colorado Springs for your possible placement:

  • Memorial Hospital Central / 1400 E. Boulder Street, Colorado Springs
  • Memorial Hospital North / 4050 Briargate Parkway, Colorado Springs
  • Memorial Urgent Care, Circle Square / 2767 Janitell Road, Colorado Springs

  • After a Student Liaison has approved the badge request, you will receive a picture ID at one of the following badge offices:
    • Monday – 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. – Human Resources (MAC) located at 2420 E. Pikes Peak Avenue
      • Tuesday through Friday – 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. – Central Hospital in Room 1509 (next to 1st floor central elevators across from vending machine area). Closed from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. each day.
