Outpatient infusion therapy services are offered on the third floor of Cherry Creek Medical Center and are by provider referral only.
Oncology infusion offered through University of Colorado Hospital is also available in the building, and is located on the second floor.

Appointments are by provider referral only.
Please provide the following information at your scheduled appointment:

- Photo ID
- Referral
To allow enough time to complete your check-in process, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
We require 24-hour advance notice if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment.
