UCHealth Nephrology Clinic – Greeley Midtown provides specialty care for kidney diseases, renal failure and difficult hypertension, with a focus on multiple medical disorders.

Our experienced providers see patients at multiple locations around Greeley, including various dialysis centers, providing you convenient access to care. We are currently accepting new patients who are 18 years or older.

If you have a renal or kidney concern, discuss it with your primary care provider to determine if a referral to one of our specialists is right for you.
