In mental health therapy, I think it isimportant to join with my clients so they feel their goals for their mental health are being heard and respected. Therapy is a collaboration between client and therapist – you are the expert on yourself and I am here to explore alongside you what can support your overall goals. Depending on treatment goals, I utilize differnet evidenced based approaches and am transparent with my clients what modality I am using and my reasoning. I appreciate and welcome feedback so that I may continue to support your goals to the best of my ability.

I enjoy nature and spend time outdoors hiking or camping with my dog and my partner. I also like to garden and have lost track of how many houseplants I have. I love to spend time with friends and family.
