Getting a cancer diagnosis is difficult to process, and you probably have a lot of questions. You have access to the best Head and Neck team in Southern Colorado, who will be with you every step of the way.
We have regular tumor board meetings where we present your case to several experts across different specialties to help create a treatment plan specifically for you. This multidisciplinary team consists of medical and radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, a plastic reconstructive surgeon and nurse navigators.

We encourage all our patients to sign up for My Health Connection. This is your personal patient portal to request prescription refills, view your medical records or test results and to contact our office.

To allow enough time to complete your check-in process, please arrive 20 minutes scheduled appointment.
Please provide all the following information when you arrive:
- Completed patient information packet.
- Insurance card.
- Photo ID.
- Referral ID (if needed).
