We encourage you to activate your My Health Connection account and download the UCHealth app.
My Health Connection and the UCHealth app provide a safe and secure way to connect with your care team and manage your health. Depending on the services available to you, you can:

UCHealth facilities and locations outside the Anthem Pathway Essentials service area are out-of-network for Anthem Pathway Essentials members.
Are CU Medicine providers included?
Yes. Participating CU Medicine providers in the metro Denver and Boulder service areas are included in the Anthem Pathway Essentials network.
How do I find a UCHealth provider who accepts Anthem Pathway Essentials?
Use the Find a Provider tool to search for a UCHealth or CU Medicine provider. In addition to our virtual care services, all UCHealth providers, facilities, and offices located in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson, and Park counties accept Anthem Pathway Essentials.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule many appointments through My Health Connection or online. You can also call the location where you want to receive care.
I already see a UCHealth provider. Can I continue seeing them?
Your current provider may participate in Anthem Pathway Essentials if they practice within the plan’s service area. Because participation can vary by provider and location, confirm that both your provider and the location where you receive care participate in your Anthem Pathway Essentials plan before your next non-emergency visit.
