As your physical therapist, I listen to your concerns and goals for the rehabilitation process. The evaluation will assess your function and overall condition to help indicate areas for treatment and improvement. I help educate you on the findings of the evaluation, and based on the findings, together we generate a plan of care that will help achieve your set goals. Throughout the process reassessment is performed to ensure goals are being met. I use a blend of manual therapies, including dry needling, for short-term symptom relief, while distributing and progressing individually prescribed exercise and education of self-treatment options for long-term sustainability. As a former athlete and current weekend warrior, I realize the importance of trying to maintain function and recreation for quality of life.

I enjoy exploring the West with my wife and son. My hobbies include trail running, climbing Colorado’s high peaks, archery, rock climbing, and anything combining the outdoors and physical activity.
