I value the importance of educating and teaching patients that physical activity and exercise should go beyond the last physical therapy visit, it should be there for life.  We live in a time where regular exercise and being active may not fit in our busy schedules but as a movement specialist, I will always advocate to make physical activity a priority.

Why UCHealth:

I work at UCHealth because I value an organization that cares for its employees, I enjoy and appreciate the great group of people I get to work with.  UCHealth promotes a culture of education and continuous learning, which is important to me and my professional development.

Outside of spending time with my wife and two daughters I enjoy soccer, road biking, camping, hiking and gardening.
