Clinical interest for patients

My clinical interests include primarily thyroid, pituitary, and metabolic bone disorders, particularly abnormal thyroid function, thyroid nodules and cancer, disorders of prolactin secretion, pituitary tumors, disorders of calcium metabolism and osteoporosis.

Research interest for patients

My research interests have involved the molecular basis of pituitary gene expression and regulation, primarily thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), and more recently, the mechanisms underlying thyroid autoimmunity, focusing on the genetic and immunological development of disease.
