As a family physician, I am very lucky to be able to care for patients across all stages of life. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is getting to know and care for patients by building strong and lasting connections. These connections help me understand not just their medical needs, but also the emotional and social factors that impact their health. My approach to care is a collaborative one. I believe it’s important to review all the options together and choose a plan that aligns with each patient’s goals, values and lifestyle. I strive to help patients by giving them the knowledge and resources they need to improve their health, well being and quality of life no matter what stage of life they are in.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking, snowboarding, reading and traveling.
