A CU Medicine provider.

My approach is collaborative, authentic, and trauma-informed, grounded in mindfulness-based and evidence-based practices. I believe the body and mind are deeply interconnected and use a person-centered framework that honors you as the expert in your own life. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while gaining practical tools to help you live more in alignment with your values and authentic self.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring Colorado’s natural spaces, gardening, art and live bluegrass.
