I strive to be a calming influence to my patients during often difficult times. I also believe communication with my patients and family members prior to and after surgery is very important
Why UCHealth:
I completed my General Surgery training at the University of Colorado, and I have witnessed firsthand UCHealth’s commitment to the highest level of care and a focus on the patient first mentality.
Why did you choose this profession?
I chose a career in general surgery because of the diversity within the field of surgery, and the ability to care for my patients from the time they enter the operating room until they leave the hospital.
Family/Hobbies:
In addition to spending time with my wife Jessica and two sons Grady and Benjamin, I enjoy running, skiing, golfing, hunting and fishing.
