Tracy was raised in Stillwater, Minnesota, just outside of the Twin Cities. She was a competitive ski racer in high school and in college.
She spent one year in Colorado Springs practicing in an outpatient facility before moving to Steamboat Springs. She began her career at UCHealth YVMC SportsMed – Steamboat Springs in 1994 and has been working here ever since, doing both outpatient orthopaedics and inpatient physical therapy.
Tracy’s areas of treatment interest include; vestibular rehabilitation, general orthopedics, orthotics, TMD, and she is a Polestar-Trained Pilates mat instructor. Tracy also coordinates in-house continuing education to keep all of the SportsMed therapists on their toes!
In her free time she enjoys mountain biking, hiking, skiing, camping, snowshoeing, skate skiing, running, and yoga.
