I believe in providing high quality, individualized care for each and every patient, because there is no ‘one size fits all model’ in women’s health. I aim to provide care and education that will allow women across the lifespan to make informed decisions about their health and their bodies, while taking time to connect with each patient on a personal level.

As a Northern Colorado native, it’s nice to work for an organization committed to serving the local community. I worked for UCHealth as a nurse prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, and I appreciate working where patient care is a top priority. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as an RN in the operating room for nearly 8 years. During my nurse practitioner program, I loved learning about women’s health, and I knew this was where I wanted to focus my career. Outside of work, I enjoy making memories with my 3 wonderful kids, riding my horses, running, reading, paddle boarding and tending our small (but ever growing) farm of horses, goats, chickens, dogs and a cat.
