I am a board-certified Physician Assistant for Dr. John Seddon, specializing in orthopedic issues with the foot and ankle. I assist Dr. Seddon with surgical procedures in the operating room and manage patients both in the clinic and hospital setting. I believe in treating patients with respect and being attentive to their concerns and needs. I strive to build a relationship with the patient that instills trust and allows the patient to be proactive in their own care. Developing an individualized patient treatment plan for foot and ankle issues that focuses on conservative care and progressing to surgical intervention when non-surgical options fail. Working with Dr. Seddon, we strive to provide high quality, patient-centered, compassionate care.
I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with emphasis on Athletic Training from the University of Northern Colorado. I then graduated from Chicago Medical School’s Finch University of Health Sciences with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. My experience includes 9 years as an Orthopedic Spine Surgery PA, as well as 12 years as a Neurosurgical PA, all in Colorado Springs. Prior to becoming a PA, I was an Athletic Trainer and spent 2 pre-seasons with the Denver Broncos.
I am married to my wife Dana and we have 3 children. As a native of Colorado, I enjoy all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer. I enjoy camping, boating and traveling, and cherish spending time with family and friends. I coach high school football in Colorado Springs and have done so for the last 10 years. In my spare time, I enjoy playing both the acoustic and electric guitar.
