Theresa Kuhn is dual board certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Theresa attended the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming where she completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a second Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Theresa attended Colorado State University-Pueblo in Pueblo, Colorado where she completed a Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a dual focus in Acute Care and Family. She completed her Registered Nurse First Assistant training through the National Institute of First Assisting. Theresa received her obesity-focused education through the Obesity Medicine Association. Theresa is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and Obesity Medicine Association. Theresa strives to provide top quality care to her patients and enjoys helping them throughout their progression in the bariatric surgery program.
