I strive to build meaningful, lasting relationships with individuals and families through active listening, clear communication and compassionate care. My goal is to empower patients to take an active role in their health by combining evidence-based medicine with easy-to-understand patient education. This approach supports shared decision-making and helps create personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s goals, values and unique needs.
I’m especially passionate about preventive care, supporting patients through all stages of life, and helping manage chronic conditions in a way that improves overall quality of life. Whether it’s navigating a new diagnosis or being a steady resource over time, I aim to create a welcoming, supportive environment where every patient feels cared for, confident and empowered to achieve their best possible health.
In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. As a Colorado native, I love taking advantage of everything the state has to offer! I enjoy hiking, paddleboarding, hammocking and exploring the mountains. I also love discovering new restaurants, attending local events and adventuring around the suburbs of Denver. There’s always something exciting to do here, and that’s one of the things I love most about Colorado.
