I strive to create a comfortable environment for each of my patients. My passion is preventative and lifestyle medicine, and I am a proponent for evidence-based lifestyle treatment options. I enjoy the continuity of care that family medicine provides with caring for patients of all ages.
I have lived all over the country and I am happy to now call the beautiful state of Colorado my home. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my husband, our three kids, and two dogs. I love spending time outdoors with running, hiking, camping, and snowboarding.
