I have always had a passion for healthcare, especially pediatric care. My career began in pediatric intensive care and cardiac critical care, where I developed a profound appreciation for the resilience of children and the importance of compassionate, family-centered care. This foundation shaped my commitment to delivering exceptional care that not only supports the child but also empowers their families. I believe that healthcare is not “one size fits all”, so I aim to take a personalized approach to meet the unique needs of every child and family in my care. I am dedicated to delivering the highest quality care by staying current with the latest guidelines and research and continually adapting my practice to align with the most current evidence-based standards. My goal is to ensure that every child receives the highest quality care, delivered with compassion, expertise, and a deep understanding of what matters most to their health and well-being. By integrating the latest evidence-based practices into my care, I aim to empower children and their families with the tools and knowledge to lead healthy, thriving lives. My approach emphasizes collaboration, education and a holistic understanding of each child’s unique circumstances to promote lifelong wellness.
Outside of my work, I’m a proud wife and mother to five wonderful children and Boston terrier, who all keep life busy and exciting. I’m passionate about staying active and exploring the gorgeous Colorado outdoors. I enjoy paddle-boarding, hiking, snowboarding and playing pickle ball, as well as spending time at local lakes and visiting nearby national parks with my family. We love to travel and hope to explore many more countries. My husband and I share a love for cooking and experimenting with new recipes, as well as trying new restaurants. Recently, I’ve taken up piano and am enjoying the challenge of learning a new skill, and I also enjoy painting as a creative outlet. Above all, I enjoy spending quality time with friends, family and the good company of others.

My clinical interests span a wide range of pediatric health concerns, including managing and supporting children with asthma, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), diabetes, obesity and addressing mental health challenges. I am also passionate about educating and promoting proper nutrition to patients and families and identifying lifestyle supports that promote wellness. I am particularly passionate about developmental pediatrics and addressing the unique needs of children as they grow and thrive. In addition to these areas, I am deeply committed to preventive care, vaccine education and supporting families in managing chronic conditions. I also focus on the early identification and treatment of developmental delays, behavioral challenges and social-emotional needs, ensuring children and their families receive the resources and support they need to reach their fullest potential.

I am deeply committed to advancing the health and well-being of children through evidence-based practice and clinical research. My primary research interests focus on conditions that significantly impact pediatric populations, including asthma and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Beyond asthma and ADHD, I am also passionate about exploring other critical areas of pediatric health, such as childhood obesity, developmental and behavioral health, vaccine uptake and education, and the management of chronic illnesses like diabetes and cystic fibrosis. Through clinical research, I aim to continuously alter my practice and keep families educated on innovative interventions, enhancing early detection and diagnosis, and improving long-term outcomes for children.
