Dr. Yang joined the UCHealth Gastroenterology Clinic in March of 2019 with 27 years of experience. He is Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
After graduating from the University of Chicago, he attended the Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, and completed his Internal Medicine residency and Chief residency at the University Of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Medicine. Then he completed gastroenterology fellowship training at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He now practices general gastroenterology with special interests in motility disorder, acid reflux and GERD, Hepatitis C, IBS, Inflammatory Bowel Disease such as Crohn’s Disease and ulcerative colitis. He performs diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures including EGD, ERCP, and colonoscopy.
