Clinical interest for patients

I am most interested in prevention of chronic diseases, such as heart disease and diabetes with general wellness, healthy life-style and stress management. Once an individual has been diagnosed with a chronic disease, assisting in optimizing health in a supportive manner

Research interest for patients

I am not actively engaged in research but I am interested in fall prevention in the geriatric population.

Volunteer activities

I have volunteered with my dog with pet therapy, visiting hospital patients.
