I take a holistic approach to patient care—implementing practical and “best care” solutions that will work for patients’ real lives. I think it is important for all patients to leave a visit with a complete understanding of their plan of care, and that each patient agrees with the plan upon which we decided. Keeping the clinic visit as comfortable and stress free as possible is a priority.
I have been a family physician for 27 years working in a wide range of roles during these years. I served for 21 years in the military having a number of different assignments, including two in Europe and one combat tour in Iraq in 2003 as a physician.
I am married with 6 adult children and 4 grandchildren. Our family regularly sponsors exchange students that come from around the world. We enjoy skiing, golf, hiking, travel and other activities.
