I am passionate about the lifelong relationships I am able to build with my patients in the field of OB/GYN. I take great pride in being an attentive, understanding, compassionate and trustworthy physician. I truly enjoy not only the counseling and education I provide to my patients, but also the insight I gain from patients in return. I aim for my patients to leave every visit with the feeling that they have been listened to, understood and cared for as if they were my own family member.
Outside of work I spend most of my time with my husband, our two daughters and our two pups. Being from Pittsburgh, PA originally with its lack of steady sunshine – we try to soak up the Colorado sun and the plentiful outdoor activities this region has to offer. We enjoy golfing (my oldest daughter also plays and is already better than me!), hiking, skiing, trail walks/parks, and hanging out with our neighbors who have become our CO family. We also spend some time indoors cheering on our daughter who plays ice hockey. I am an avid professional football and hockey fan, forever loyal to my hometown black & gold Pittsburgh teams!

I fell in love with OB/GYN for the variety it allows in caring for persons through multiple stages and circumstances of life. I am humbled by the ability to deliver babies and get to experience the joy that comes with that. I also find it incredibly fulfilling to help those, both physically and mentally, who are experiencing loss and reproductive struggles. I truly enjoy educating patients about all aspects of reproductive health as well as discussing spectrums of treatment options that can be available. I am passionate about patient autonomy and evidence-based medicine. In residency, I received a great deal of training in minimally-invasive surgical techniques, namely robotic surgery which I thoroughly enjoy.
