I believe in taking a holistic approach to patient care. That is approaching the problem with the whole person in mind. Prior to returning to my hometown of Colorado Springs, I trained and practiced at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota where the focus was always on the needs of the patient. This philosophy guides me daily.
I strive everyday to provide a clear and accurate diagnosis to my patients. This way, we can offer the most appropriate treatment.
I grew up in Colorado Springs and went to St Mary’s High School. I am married with three children. I am involved in several community organizations including the Pikes Peak Range Riders. Prior to my specialty and subspecialty training I was a physician in the US Navy. I completed my internship at the Naval Hospital in Charleston South Carolina and subsequently served for two years as Chief Medical Officer aboard the USS Frank Cable (AS40).
