First and foremost, I believe that the doctor-patient relationship is a collaborative, long-term partnership. I love working with patients of all ages on a wide variety of health-related concerns. As I am board certified in both family medicine and integrative medicine, I strive to flexibly help my patients create personalized health plans to proactively take charge of their health. With my background in family medicine, we can focus on prevention of chronic disease through important annual physical visits with cancer screenings and vaccinations. I also treat chronic conditions and manage acute issues as they arise. With my integrative medicine background, I am able help some patients find alternative options in health care that are safe and evidence-based. I also practice osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) for patients that may have musculoskeletal complaints.
Outside of work, I love to spend time doing outdoor activities including running, biking, rock climbing and skiing with my husband and children.
