I believe that meaningful change is possible at any stage of life. My approach to care is grounded in cognitive behavior therapy and other evidence-based interventions, with a focus on empowering patients to build the skills needed to navigate life’s stressors independently. I am passionate about providing integrated/ collaborative care, working with the health care team to support whole-person care. I believe when individuals feel heard, supported and equipped with practical tools they can move toward growth with confidence.
Outside of my clinical work I value maintaining balance through wellness, staying active, being in nature, fostering meaningful connection with family and friends. I believe in the importance of balance and lifelong growth.
