I am passionate about supporting mental health and believe that meaningful change is possible at any stage of life. When individuals feel heard, supported and equipped with practical tools they can move toward growth with confidence. I believe it’s never too late to grow, adjust and create healthier ways of living. I provide integrated behavioral health services, working collaboratively with patients and their healthcare team to support whole-person care. My approach to care is grounded in cognitive behavior therapy and other evidence-based interventions, with a focus on empowering patients to build the skills needed to navigate life’s stressors independently.

Outside of my clinical work I value maintaining balance through wellness, staying active, being in nature, fostering meaningful connection with family and friends. I believe in the importance of balance and lifelong growth.
