My goal is to provide exceptional, personalized care to the northwest Colorado community. I work with patients to develop a plan that combines evidence-based medicine and the patient’s experience. I strongly believe in the importance of the patient, staff, and physician working together, and that listening is a crucial skill. Relieving suffering is a fundamental part of medicine, and it’s an honor and pleasure to do so for my patients.

My husband and four young kids ski most days during the season, and we love spending time outdoors, especially hiking, biking, and paddle boarding. I’m a prolific reader and get some of my best book recommendations from my patients.
