Sara earned her doctor of physical therapy from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2022 & extended her education through a year residency program specializing in Pelvic Health in 2023. She is originally from Wisconsin & completed her bachelor’s degree in Rehab Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (Go Badgers!) in 2014. Sara is dedicated to addressing pelvic floor concerns that are otherwise not talked about or considered sometimes by others as a “new normal” – ANY symptom is important to address to maintain our best quality of life!
In her free time, Sara enjoys anything outdoors – especially in company with her husband & dog. She wears a cheesehead when it comes to cheering on her favorite football team, & she also is an avid Avalanche hockey fan.
