I believe that caring for a person’s health means supporting both their physical and emotional well-being. My approach to medicine is grounded in trust. I value and respect my patients’ instincts about their own health, and I work collaboratively with each individual to find the treatment plan or path to wellness that fits best for them.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is caring for entire families, often across several generations. It’s a privilege to support grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren, and to walk alongside them through both joyful milestones and challenging times. These long-standing relationships are at the heart of why I chose family medicine.

For 20 years, I included obstetrics in my practice, and I continue to have a special love for caring for newborns and supporting women’s health. I also enjoy providing comprehensive care to people of all ages and genders.

In addition to patient care, I’ve served in multiple leadership roles throughout my career, including president and medical director of my former practice. I’ve contributed to executive, finance and COVID-response committees, always with the goal of advocating for excellent, compassionate care.

I’ve been fortunate to practice medicine in Fort Collins for nearly 22 years. Before that, I completed medical school and residency training in Indiana, where I learned the value of community-based care and the importance of working closely with local specialists.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and two adult children. I also enjoy reading, time with friends, good food, traveling and spending time at my husband’s family home in Grand Lake.

Above all, I feel deeply grateful to be part of the Fort Collins community, a place where I’ve raised my family and built so many meaningful connections. I love caring for the people in the community that surrounds me, and I am dedicated to providing thoughtful, personalized care that helps individuals and families achieve their best possible health at every stage of life.
