I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado, a National Certified Counselor, and have a Master’s degree in Psychology: Clinical Counseling. As a behavioral health professional, my philosophy of care is rooted in the belief that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected, and that compassionate and evidence-based care is essential for whole-person wellness. I specialize in DBT, CBT, ACT and Motivational Interviewing, which allows me to take a flexible, person-centered approach in the care of my patients. I am committed to fostering a therapeutic environment that is inclusive, trauma-informed and culturally responsive. My background includes experience in crisis care, community mental health and eating disorder treatment, equipping me to support individuals navigating a variety of complex mental health challenges including acute distress, mood and anxiety disorders, and disordered eating.
Above all, I believe that meaningful change occurs when individuals feel seen, supported and empowered with the tools to manage both internal struggles and external stressors. My role is to guide that journey with empathy, clinical expertise and deep respect for each person’s unique path.
