As a family physician, I strive to take a comprehensive, holistic approach to each of my patients. As a strong proponent of preventive, evidence-based medicine, I firmly believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. With this framework in mind, I work with patients to identify and address their issues so that they can enjoy better health now and in the future. Ultimately, my goal is to help my patients achieve their best quality of life through constructive discussion, expert guidance, and evidence-based recommendations.

I am originally from Texas, but have spent time all over the country. I completed my undergraduate and medical schooling in North Carolina, and decided to move to Littleton to complete my residency at Swedish Family Medicine. I am thrilled to be a part of the UCHealth family here in Longmont, and look forward to serving my new community. When I am not in clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors (hunting, fishing, hiking), playing music (bass, trombone), and of course spending time with my partner, Faith.
