I discovered pediatrics in medical school, and instantly knew I wanted to dedicate my career to the health and well-being of children and adolescents. Caring for kids is both a privilege and a profound responsibility that I approach with humility. I strongly believe in partnering with families to find solutions to problems and concerns. I strive to listen, give the time that an issue requires, discuss options, and land on an approach where all are comfortable. I view my role as an advisor and educator to patients, but recognize there is not one way to raise a child. Through it all, I endeavor to create an environment where a young person feels safe, comfortable, heard and supported.
I grew up in Loveland and understand what an incredible place Northern Colorado is to live, work and raise a family. I earned my undergraduate degree from CSU where I met my wife, a fellow Colorado native. Our careers took us to several other states before we had the opportunity to return home in 2026. I enjoy spending time biking, hiking and camping with my three children. I am thrilled to be back!
