I am a board-certified family medicine physician. I take a collaborative approach to care, working closely with patients to help them achieve their personal goals for health and wellness. I believe that strong, open communication and shared decision-making are the foundation of effective, long-term health care.
Some of my clinical interests include preventive and lifestyle medicine, sports and musculoskeletal medicine, menopause and peri-menopause care, weight management, diabetes, hypertension, chronic disease management, dermatology and mental health. I also do osteopathic manual therapy (OMT) which can help with chronic and acute pain.
I earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Denver, graduated from medical school at Rocky Vista University, and completed family medicine residency at Swedish Medical Center – all right here in Colorado! Outside of the clinic, I enjoy running, stand-up paddle boarding, hiking, camping and skiing. In the summer, my wife and I love tending to our vegetable garden.
