I believe great family medicine begins with listening. Every patient has a unique story and understanding this is essential to providing appropriate and personalized care. I pride myself in trying to hear concerns, goals and baseline values to help make decisions regarding health care together as a team. I love seeing patients across all stages of life as a family physician and being your resource not only for managing illness or chronic disease but also being a key resource for well care and trying to prevent disease. By building strong relationships and working as a team with my patients, my goal is to provide personalized, evidence-based care that supports health at every stage of life.

I grew up in central Illinois and moved to Colorado during medical school and residency. I am so thankful to be able to live, work and raise my family in such a beautiful place. We love the variety of activities Colorado has to offer. Whether hiking, skiing, rafting or exploring local trails, staying active is an important part of our life.
