I enjoy getting to know my patients and the community in which they live. I strive to find all means to ensuring a healthy life, discussing options outside of medicines and procedures to help my patients reach their goals. I particularly enjoy educating people on exercise, nutrition and sleep as I view these to be pillars in someone’s health.
I am married and have a daughter, a cat and a dog. We have lived in Estes Park since 2019, but I have been visiting since before I can remember. I enjoy climbing, cooking, hiking, reading and running. I have had the fortune of living a varied life, having spent time overseas in Japan, German, St. Maarten and England, and have also lived in eight different states domestically.
