I believe in a team approach to medical care, and that engaging patients and enabling them to take control of their own health is the best way to have good outcomes. I am an empath at the core, and I think this shows in how I treat patients. I am very down-to-earth and enjoy getting to know my patients. Woodworking and building furniture has been a long-time hobby and talent of mine, and I have been blessed enough to have that transfer into the world of orthopedic medicine. The body is a miraculous creation, and I love to watch it heal!
I am originally a Florida native, but I enjoy the mountains and seasons more than the heat/humidity and beaches, so naturally that brought my family and I to Colorado. I enjoy hiking, fishing, snowboarding, or any other outdoor activity with my husband and three little ones, as well as taking care of our animals: 2 horses, 3 chickens, 1 dog and 2 cats.
